peach carpaccio, shaved lobster, heirloom tomato, fennel and pistachio firecracker shrimp, sweet chili aioli, sesame wonton, fresh herbs nolets gin, blueberry infused curacao, rosemary, coriander syrup mixed seafood risotto featuring shrimp scallops, lump...  

I'd gain way too much weight if I became a partner at a restaurant. I'd have to become a partner at a gym to balance it out!
