Stunning photo and gorgeous watch but ...
I love VC and Overseas watches and especially how the markers pop on the silver face. I actually used to own this watch but I just couldn't get past the fact that the seconds hand doesn't hack which, IMHO, is not how a sports watch should be. Furthermore, you can't even apply back pressure to the crown to stop the seconds hand and I found it almost impossible to set the "exact" time on this watch. I'm hoping that Gen 4 fixes this issue and then I'll be first in line to get it.

Not only the bracelet. VC had made a mistake of the name. They had call the Overseas, King. Better than the Royal Oak and Nautilus is that VC have the winner in house.

It is a personal choice i like the Overseas more than any other sport watch at the high luxury level. Not the RG Continuum of course 😎. It’s the case design, strap and bracelet system. The 222 model is iconic and for sure one of the coolest Overseas. ...
The dial is really awesome.
In most pictures,including the official VC pictures,the dial comes across as rather plain. In reality however the silver sunbrushed dial has a lot of depth and is playing well with the environmental light.

I got the black dial because my AP RO is already silver, but I would happily switch them the other way round.

For me personally a hacking seconds function is not essential : I set the time on all my watches exclusively with the minute hand as the reference.
Nice shot! Yes, the Overseas has a great bracelet.
In my limited experience it’s not as silky smooth as the Nautilus bracelet but it’s got more substance. I’ve been enjoying my Chronograph all week. All the best, Jon [old photo] ...

As for the bracelet,the fine adjustment feature is priceless ...and pretty unique within the typical competition.
